Backgrounds and outlines of updated consensus on helicobacter pylori

第四届全国幽门螺杆菌(Hp)共识会议于2012年4月26—28日在江西井冈山召开,与会专家对专题报告和共识意见内容开展了热烈讨论,对一些问题进行了协商,最后达成了共识。本共识以2007年庐山共识报告为基础,参考国际上最新的亚太地区、世界胃肠病组织、马斯特里赫特(MaatrichtⅣ)共识报告,并结合中国Hp感染国情修订而成。共识由Hp根除治疗适应证、感染的检测和根除治疗3部分组成。本文将就共识的修改背景和概括作一介绍。

Held in Jing-gang Mountain ,Jiangxi province, between April 26th and 28th 2012, the Forth National Helicobacter pylori （ft. pylori） Consensus Conference has led experts to discuss extensively on the specialist reports and consensus recommendations. This has contributed to the final version following expert consultancy on key issues. Based on the Lushan Consensus issued in 2007 and by incorporating the conditions of H. pylori infection in Chinese population, the current con- sensus was established by referring to the latest consensus reports of Asia-Pacific Region, World Gastroenteropathy Organization and Maatrieht IV. The consensus consisted of 3 domains, namely, indications for H. pylori eradication, diagnosis of infection and regimens for eradication. Here, the backgrounds and sketches for the latest updates were outlined.
