脑性瘫痪动物模型鉴定方法研究进展

摘要 脑性瘫痪是发育早期阶段各种原因所致的非进行性脑损伤,临床主要表现为中枢性运动障碍和姿势异常。这种运动障碍常伴感知觉及言语交流障碍、智力发育迟缓、行为异常、癫痫及继发性肌肉骨骼异常。成功建立类似于人类脑性瘫痪脑损伤机制及临床表现的动物模型是深入研究病理生理、发病机制及进行有效干预的基础。
