摘要
开发了一种20钢套环的滚镀锌工艺。镀液组成和工艺条件为:氯化锌65~70g/L,氯化钾210~220g/L,硼酸30~40g/L,BH-51柔软剂20~40mL/L,BH-51光亮剂1~3mL/L,温度30~40°C,pH4.8~5.6,电流密度3.0~5.0A/dm2,装载量30~40kg,滚筒转速7~8r/min,时间25~35min。本工艺的电镀时间短,所得镀锌层的厚度、外观、结合力、硬度及耐蚀性等均符合相应的国标要求。
A zinc barrel plating for 20 steel rings was developed. The bath composition and process conditions are as follows: zinc chloride 65-70 g/L, potassium chloride 210-220 g/L, boric acid 30-40 g/L, BH-51 softener 20-40 mL/L, BH-51 brightener 1-3 mL/L, temperature 30-40 ℃, pH 4.8-5.6, current density 3.0-5.0 A/dm2, loading capacity 30-40 kg, cylinder rotation speed 7-8 r/min, time 25-35 min. The plating time of the given process is short, and the thickness, appearance, adhesion, hardness and corrosion resistance of the obtained zinc coating meet the requirements of corresponding national standards.
