Application of lean concept to energy saving and emission reduction in surface treatment industry

阐述了表面处理行业的特点,分析了精益管理理念融入表面处理加工(服务)后对于节能减排的作用、效果和影响,以此引起表面处理加工(服务)行业对精益理念的重视,并将精益理念融入企业的日常运营管理中去,以达到低投入、少能耗、轻污染的加工(服务)目的,最终为表面处理行业突破重污染、难治理的瓶颈束缚,步入一条快速发展的道路提供保障和思路。

The characteristics of surface treatment industry were described. The roles, results and effects of applying the concept of lean management to surface treatment processing/services on energy saving and emission reduction were analyzed. The surface treatment industry should attach importance to lean concept, and apply them to the routine enterprise operation management to achieve the goals of low investment, less energy consumption, and light pollution. The lean concept provides a guarantee and some ideas for helping the surface treatment industry to make a break- through of the bottleneck of heavy pollution and difficult disposal, and finally step onto a rapid development road.
