摘要
"痹病"是临床多发病、难治病。基于中药复方多靶点治疗、毒副作用小等特点,中医在治疗"痹病"中具有优势。但在临证中,医师辨证及处方随意性大,个性特征明显,致临床疗效良莠不齐。难以形成共识,难以传承和推广。如何提高"痹病"诊疗水平,彰显中医优势既是临床问题,也是一个方法学问题。
Bi disease is a common disease and difficult to treat. Based on the multi - target therapy and few side effects, Chi- nese medicine has an advantage in the treatment of Bi disease. Different doctors have different understanding and different medica- tion, so it is difficult to develop and promote. It is a clinical problem and a methodological problem that how to improve the diagno- sis and treated level.
