目的:中医诊断方法的灵活运用体现了中医学两大基本特点之一——辨证论治,是否恰当运用诊断方法是衡量临床中医师技能水平的尺度,临床疗效则是检验正确运用诊断方法的标准。文章探讨的是三定辨证法在临床中的运用。理论阐释:三定辨证法实质上与八纲辨证、六经辨证、脏腑辨证、卫气营血辨证、三焦辨证的辨证体系有异曲同工之妙。先定病位,病位清楚,如同知靶,镖必中的。中医治疗疾病采用辨证论治的方法,辨证的内涵,一为定性,二为定程度。定性就是确定疾病的属性,为中医治疗疾病正确与否的基础,可以用语言和文字来表达(如寒、热、虚、实、瘀、阻、郁等)。中医在诊治疾病过程中,要确定疾病的属性,中医辨证的目的是确定疾病的属性。定程度是关键,熟知病情之轻重,用药遣方成竹在胸。定程度就是确定疾病寒、热、虚、实、瘀、阻、郁的程度,为中医疗效的关键,不能用语言、文字来表达。中医在治病过程中的每一次定程度,都是根据特定病人的具体情况来确定的。临床举隅:文章例举口渴症临床病症典型病案,重点论述定位、定性、定程度的三定辨证法的临床具体运用。同时以个人临床经验体会来总结和验证三定辨证法的临床诊辨疗效。

Objective ： The flexible use of traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic methods reflects one of the basic characteris- tics of traditional Chinese medicine, that is treatment based on syndrome differentiation. The appropriateness of applying the diag-nosis method can be used to measure the doctors＇skill levels. The clinical curative effect is the correct use of diagnostic methods for standard test. This paper explores three dialectical thinking experience in the clinical application. Theoretical exposition：Three dia- lectical syndrome differentiation has the similarities as the syndrome differentiation based on eight principles, six meridians,Zang- fu, Wei-Qi-Ying-blood. First the disease location is clear, the disease can be treated correctly. The meaning of syndrome differenti- ation has two levels ： first is to determine the nature and second is to determine the degree. Nature determination is the basis for the treatment and can be described by words （ such as cold, heat, virtual, real, blood stasis, resistance, depression, etc. ）. The degree means the degree of heat, cold, blood stasis, deficiency and so on. Degree determination is the key to determine the severity of the diseases and can not be described by words. Each degree determination is based on patients^pecific conditions. Clinical analysis： This paper cites thirsty disease, especially focuses on the degree, location, degree of calm dialectics and the clinical application. At the same time, based on individual clinical experience it summarizes and verifies the dialectics application and effect in the clini- cal diagnosis.
