Clinical Experience of Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis by Using Self-made Formula of Resolving Phlegm and Dissolving Stagnant Fengshi Decoction

类风湿性关节炎属于中医"痹证"范畴。其病因病机复杂,临床呈多学科、边缘性表现,给临床诊断与治疗带来困难。西医西药虽然有些药物对控制这类疾病有一定的作用,但是,其毒副作用也很大,常常对肝肾造成严重的损害。中医药在治疗类风湿病方面有其独特的优势,行之有效又较少毒副作用,只要辨证精细、用药精当,很多能取得满意或较好的疗效。文章结合多年临床经验,试论从痰瘀方面治疗慢性类风湿性关节炎的临床经验及体会。

Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） belongs to arthromyodynia of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. Its etiology and pathogenesis are complex. Clinical manifestations are multidisciplinary and chiasmal, so it is difficult to diagnose and treat. There are some western medicines that may control the pathogenetic condition, but most of them have many side effects and sometimes cause hepatic and renal injury. While TCM has its advantage when treating RA. If differentiation is accurate and prescription is appropriate, many cases can get satisfactory effects. This article summarized our clinical experience of treating RA by method of resolving phlegm and dissolving stagnant.
