艾灸预刺激对阿尔茨海默病大鼠Hsp70、Hsp90的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:通过观察艾灸预刺激对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型大鼠热休克蛋白Hsp70、Hsp90的影响,探讨艾灸防治AD的作用机理。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为4组,即正常组、假手术组、模型组、预艾灸组,每组各10只,以双侧海马注入Aβ1-42制作AD大鼠造模,造模前预艾灸组采用艾条温和灸"百会""肾俞"穴,采用免疫组化法测定大鼠海马CA1区Hsp70、Hsp90的平均光密度表达。结果:通过4周的预艾灸治疗,预艾灸组大鼠海马CA1区Hsp70、Hsp90的平均光密度表达均较模型组有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸预刺激方法可能通过诱导脑内Hsp70、Hsp90的表达来抑制Aβ毒性级联反应,从而起到保护神经元的作用。 Objective:By investigating the effect of pre-stimulation with moxibustion on heat shock proteins in rat models of Alzheimer's Disease so as to research into its underlying mechanism in preventing and controlling disease in the rats. Methods:All animals were randomly divided into four groups, normal group, sham-operation group, model group, pre-moxibustion group. AD ratswere induced by injecting 13 - Amyloidl - 42 ( A[31 - 42 ) into the double hippocampus. Meanwhile, immunohistochemistu was used to determine the levels of expressions of rat's Hsp70 arid Hsp90 in rat's hippocampus area. Resuhs:Compared with model group, pre-moxibustion group rat increased obviously in Hsp70 and Hsp90 expression of hippocarnpal area( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclu- sion : These results imply that pre-stimulation with moxibustion could induce the expression of heat shock proteins in hippocampus area, inhibit consequently the A13 toxic cascade, to protect the function of neurous in pathological ehanges of Alzheimer's Dis- ease.
