气腹下患者血清β_2—微球蛋白含量的观察

CHANGE OF PLASMA β_2—MG CONCENTRATION IN PATIENTS UNDERGOING CARBON DIOXIDE PNEUMOPERITONEUM

目的 探讨腹腔镜胆囊摘除术时高压 (1.6 k Pa)气腹对肾功能的影响。方法 35例患者于气腹前和气腹 30分钟时 ,抽血测定血清 β2 —MG浓度。结果 气腹前和气腹 30分钟时 ,血清 β2 — MG浓度分别为 2 .13± 0 .6、1.91± 0 .6 ,无统计学差异。结论短时间的高压气腹不足以损害肾功能。

Objective To determine the renal function during laparoscopic cholecystrctomy.Methods Thirty-five patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystrctomy were enrolled in this study.The plasma β 2—MG concentration was measured immediately before pneumoperitoneum and 30min later.Results There was no significant difference in pl[WT5”,6HZ]asma β 2—MG concentration before pneumoperitoneum and 30min later.Conclusion Short time pneumoperitoneum does not disturb renal function
