摘要 目的研发适合临床手术使用的单孔腹腔镜手术钳。方法以传统预弯曲的单孔腹腔镜手术钳为基础,对其控制部分、弯曲部分、钳头执行部分进行重新设计。最主要设计是在原来不可弯曲的直臂靠近钳头一端加入一个转动副,由此形成了新型手术钳的弯曲部分。其次,把钳头设计成可替换钳头结构部件,增加加手术钳的功能。结果此设计通过改变钳头的方向和角度,有效地解决了手术器械在腹腔内操作时发生拥挤、冲突等问题,降低了操作难度,提高了手术的精确性。把钳头设计成可替换模式,既可以增加手术钳的功能,还可以节约购置器械的费用。结论手术钳可控弯曲设计和可换钳头设计是本研究的两项重要成果,具有临床实践意义。 Objective To research medical forceps of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery. Methods Based on traditional preliminary bending forceps, to design its controlling section, bending section and forceps head section. The major advantage after redesigned is adding a revolute joint to inflexible straight arm close to forceps head to form bending part of new medical forceps. Secondly, forceps head is changed to be replaceable to increase forceps function. Results This design solves the difficulties that conflicts and blockings in operation processing by switchback and forceps towards, meanwhile, it reduces the operative difficulty and enhances the veracity of surgeries as well. On the other hand, substitutable forceps also could add forceps function and save cost of purchasing equipment. Conclusion Controllable bending forceps and substitutable forceps are two important designs in this research which has practical significance in clinical.
