Analysis and Solutions of Problems of Management of High-value Consumables in Hospital

目前医院高值耗材管理存在种种问题,各类管理漏洞和死角造成高值耗材运营成本的虚高,严重制约了医院高值耗材成本的降低和质量的提高。本文通过对我院高值耗材管理中常见问题的分析,并利用信息化手段,有针对性地提出相应的解决方案。这些解决方案在有效降低高值耗材运营成本的同时提升了医院管理和运营能力以及核心竞争力。

There are many problems about high-value consumables management in hospital. Kinds of loopholes and blind angles in management causing operating costs of high-value consumables too high, severely restricts further reduce for the cost of high-value consumables management and further improvement for the quality of management in hospital. Based on the analysis and discussion on the common problems of hospital management of high-value consumables, this paper uses the informatization to put forward corresponding solutions which improve capabilities of hospital management and operation and core competitiveness while reducing the operating costs of the high-value consumables.
