目的探讨医学影像科基于PACS/RIS的全面流程管理模式并持续改进,充分发挥PACS/RIS的效率。方法全面优化基于PACS/RIS系统的影像科的工作流程管理模式并加以持续改进;分院网络与本部网络通过8兆专用光纤相连,分院图像转发本部主服务器进行一体化管理。结果全面优化后的基于PACS/RIS的影像科工作流程达到安全、高效;PACS/RIS系统软硬件升级分步实施,流程持续改进;分院网络归入院本部网络,达到统一登记发号、统一书写与审核报告、统一归档与调阅。结论解决了工作流程的瓶颈问题并持续改进升级软硬件设施,PACS/RIS大大提高工作效率及管理水平;也提高了分院的效率与诊断质量。

Objective To discuss about overall process management model and its continuous improvement of radiology department based on PACS/RIS, and bring PACS/RIS into full play. Methods TO comprehensively optimize management mode of work flow for radiology department based on PACS/RIS, and coonect branch network and head office network via 8 MB special optical fiber, so that images of branch may be forwarded to the main server of the head office for integrated management. Rosutts After overall optimization, radiology department based on PACS/RIS has achieved a safe and efficient work flow; software and hardware （SW/ HW） upgrade of PACS/RIS has been implemented in phases and the process has been improved continuously; After the branch network has been incorporated into the head office network, unified registration, record, audit report, file and retrieval have been achieved. Conclusion It eliminates work flow bottlenecks and continuously improves and upgrades SW/HW facilities. PACS/RIS may significantly increase work efficiency and management level. Efficiency and diagnostic quality of the branch may be directly enhanced.
