摘要
医护人员在使用医疗设备的过程中,存在不会操作、不当操作、责任心不强、不遵照操作规程等问题。根据医院精细化管理要求,我院实行医疗设备使用人员准入制度,经过2年来的实践与探索,证明此制度能有效减少操作不当问题的发生,减少医疗设备维护费用,避免相关医疗纠纷。
In the process of operating medical equipment, the operators maybe cannot operate, or do improper operation, without responsibility, do not follow the rules and other problems. According to the hospital fine management requirements, the personnel access system of medical equipment in our hospital after 2 years of exploration and practice, has been shown to be able to reduce the occurrence of such problems effectively, reduce the medical equipment maintenance costs, and avoid medical disputes.
