目的探讨准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(PRK)系统应用安全风险的防范与质量控制。方法根据国家卫生部和总后卫生部的法规文件和行业标准,从分析PRK系统的临床应用原理着手,参考大型医疗设备风险防范和质量控制的步骤,找出解决办法。结果提出针对PRK应用安全风险的防范与质量控制的初步建议。结论建立PRK应用安全风险的防范规则和质量控制的统一标准的必要性和紧迫性。

Objective To discuss risk prevention and quality control of photorefractive keratectomy （PRK）. Methods According to files and standards by the national ministry of health, find out solutions by analyzing clinical application principle of PRK and by consulting steps of risk prevention and quality control. Results To bring forward primary suggestion about risk prevention and quality control of PRK. Conclusion It is necessary and pressing to strike up a unified standard.
