摘要
目的:探讨以Nd3+:YAG激光为基本手段,结合万乃洛韦和/或聚肌胞(Poly I:C)治疗CA的临床疗效。方法:171例CA患者被随机分为四组。第一组:单纯接受激光治疗;第二组:除激光治疗外,加服万乃洛韦;第三组:在第二组治疗方法的基础上加用肌肉注射Poly I:C;第四组:激光结合Poly I:C治疗。以24周内未复发者为疾病未复发的随访终点。结果:第一组治疗后复发率为42.86％(15/35),第二组为18.97％(11/58),第三组为17.07％(7/41),第四组为40.54％(15/37)。同时使用激光及万洛韦的第二、三组与单纯采用激光及激光加Poly I:C治疗的第一、四组相比复发率较低,有显著性差异(P值分别<0.05和<0.01)。结论:上述四种CA治疗方法中,激光加万乃洛韦治疗的临床疗效最佳。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect on recurrent rate in patients with condyloma acuininatum(CA) following either laser therapy only or in combination with different medications. Method: 171 cases with CA were classified randomly into four subgroups according to selected medication. Group A(n = 35) received laser therapy only, group B, C and D also got different medications besides laser therapy, that is, B was valaciclovir, C was valaciclovir plus polyinosinic - poly-cytidylic acid(Poly I: C), D was poly I- C. The study point on recurrent rate of CA was 24 weeks. Result: The recurrent rates of CA following different therapies were 42. 86% (15/35) in group A, 18. 97% (11/58) in B, 17. 07% (7/41) in C, and 40. 54% (15/37) in group D, and recurrent rates of CA in both group B and C treated in combination with valaciclovir was much lower than that in group A or D treated with laser only or in combination with Poly I:C, Conclusion: Laser plus valaciclovir is the one of most effective method for patients with CA.
