服务业FDI、职工工资与行业收入差距——以广东为例 被引量:14

FDI in Service Industry,Employee Wage and Income Gap between Different Industries: Taking Guangdong as an Example

摘要 文章以广东为例,对服务业外商直接投资、职工工资与服务业行业收入差距的关系进行理论探讨与实证分析。研究结果表明:服务业外商直接投资对广东服务业职工的实际工资水平具有微弱的正效应;进一步分析表明,服务业外商直接投资增加了广东生产性服务行业职工的实际工资水平,降低了消费性服务行业职工的实际工资水平。服务业外商直接投资并不利于广东各服务行业收入差距的缩小与收敛,反而进一步扩大了生产性服务业与消费性服务业的行业收入差距。 This paper makes a theoretical discussion and empirical research on me relationship between FDI in service industry, employee wage and income gap between different service industries, with Guangdong as example. The results of the study show that FDI in service industry has a weak positive effect on the real wage level of the employees in Guangdong; FDI in service industry increases the real wage level of the employees in the productive service industry, while reducing the real wage level of the employees in the consumer services industry; FDI in service industry is not conducive to narrowing the income gap between different service industries in Guangdong, but instead, it further expands the income gap between the producti,~e service industry and the consumer service industry.
