摘要
研究了一种促进贝类疾病诊断过程信息化、智能化的方法。目前我国贝类病害频繁发生,影响贝类疾病诊断的因素较多。由于水质污染,会引起贝类疾病。传统的诊断方法主要是依靠专家。为了能够在众多的影响疾病诊断的因素中,快速确定主要因素,降低对专家的依赖程度,提出了采用支持向量机的贝类疾病诊断系统的研究,可将疾病诊断过程抽象成支持向量机的多分类模型,并通过实验证明了改进方法具有准确率高且方便易用等优点,取得了较好的效果。
This paper introduced a method which can promote the automation and informatization of shellfish dis- ease diagnosis process. The present situation of the shellfish diseases in our country has these features that shellfish diseases occur frequently, there are a lot of factors affecting shellfish diseases diagnosis, experts are scarcity and etc.. In order to determine the main factors rapidly in the numerous factors influencing disease diagnosis and reduce the dependence on experts, the shellfish disease diagnosis system based on support vector machine was proposed. The disease diagnosis process was abstracted into a support vector machine multi-classifier model in this system. It has been proved by experiments that the shellfish diseases diagnosis system has the advantages of high accuracy and easy to be used. It has been shown that the system can achieve better results.
