摘要
对水平圆盘型孔式排种器加以改进,设计了用于小麦播种的基本型孔。利用调节片调节型孔容积,利用U形槽调整种子与型孔相对方向,利用3个相互连环的圆盘形弹簧丝做种子处理系统,使不同千粒质量的小麦种子排种精度提高到97%以上。该设备用于小区播种,对迅速改变我国小区试验播种机使用现状以及提升小区试验播种水平具有重要意义。
In this paper, the authors made improvements on the horizontal plate cell type seed-metering device. The cell for the wheat was designed. The cell volume could be adjusted by the adjustment sheet, the direction that is opposite the seed adjusted by the U- shaped, and three disc-type spring wire connected with each other was used as the seed processing system. The seed-metering accuracy of the wheat of different thousand-grain weight could be increased to be above 97%. The improved device is mainly used in plot seeding. And it is very important for the plot seeding both in quickly changing the application situation and promoting the test seedinz level.
