摘要
在对国内外中耕追肥起垄机研究分析的基础上,创新设计了1DGC-4大垄高台成形机。通过学习借鉴国外先进经验,并结合我国农艺的要求,确定了4大垄8行大垄高台起垄模式,改变了传统中耕追肥起垄机只能起垄距为65~70cm标准垄的起垄模式,设计了能起垄距110cm梯形大垄的新型起垄铧、成垄器、传动、施肥、开沟、深松及划印器等装置,为黑龙江省提出的寒地玉米大垄密植精密播种技术的实施提供充分的技术保障。经用户实际作业验证,本机性能良好,各项指标均能满足农艺要求,生产效率高,是大垄种植模式的绝佳配套机具,同时也填补了国内大垄中耕追肥起垄机械的空白。
