摘要
应用东北农业大学自制农业物料悬浮速度测试试验台,对5TZY-60型育种脱粒机脱出物的悬浮速度进行测试。测试结果表明:大豆脱出物中饱满籽粒、颖壳、40mm茎秆、80mm茎秆和120mm茎秆的悬浮速度分布范围分别为11~17m/s,5~6m/s,7~13m/s,8~14m/s和10~17m/s。根据测定结果分析了对清选系统的影响,初步得到最佳清选风速范围小于11m/s,同时确定单一风选作为清选系统的局限性,为该机配套清选系统定型提供试验与理论支持。
A test bench proposed for measuring the suspension velocity of agriculture materials developed by northeast ag- riculture university measured the suspension velocities of soybean extraction. According to experimental result, the distri- bution of suspension velocity of saturated grain was 11 -17m/s, the distribution of suspension velocity of skin was 5- 6m/s,the distribution of suspension velocity of 40ram stem was 7- 13m/s, the distribution of suspension velocity of 80mm stem was 8- 14m/s, the distribution of suspension velocity of 120mm stem was 10 - 17m/s. we analyze how the factors have any influences to the cleaning system, the ideal wind speed for cleaning is smaller than 11 m/s.
