统收式采棉机采摘头的设计与采摘性能试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对统收式采棉机采摘特点和要求,利用现代设计方法,对采摘头部分进行了结构和参数设计,确定了采摘滚筒的长度和半径、工作倾斜角度、摘锭的结构和安装尺寸、排列方式和摘锭间距等一系列参数;同时,利用正交试验方法,对采摘头采摘性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:影响采摘性能的主次因素分别为摘锭间距、采摘滚筒的转速和摘锭圆周排列数量;当采摘滚筒的转速为500r/min、摘锭圆周排列数量为6、摘锭间距为60时,采净率达到93%以上。该试验为采摘头的进一步优化提供了依据。 In order to satisfy the picking characteristics and requirements of the unification of type cotton picker , the plucking cylinder length and radius, tilt angle, spindle structure and installation size, arrangement and the spindle pitch and a series of parameters are determined by modem design method, the picking head of the structure and parameters of the design, at the same time, picking head properties were studied by using the orthogonal test method of picking, the spindle pitch, picking the rotational speed of the roller, the number of spindles arranged circumferentially what affect plucking performance of primary and secondary factors are found, when picking roller speed is 500r / min, spindle cir- cumferentially arranged for the number 6, the spindle pitch is 60mining, the net rate of 93 % and above, for the picking head provides the basis for further optimization, in order to unification of type cotton picker. satisfing the picking characteristics and requirements of the
