摘要
斜置旋耕机的刀辊在耕作时,由于刀盘安装的不对称和安装误差,会引起很大的动不平衡力矩,导致轴两端的轴承经常容易坏,机器不能正常工作。为此,利用参数化建模软件PRO/E和动力学仿真软件MSC.AD-AMS,对不同相位角的斜置旋耕机刀辊进行了不同转速下的仿真试验对比分析。试验结果表明,转速和旋耕刀安装相位角的不同,对到刀辊的径向动不平衡量影响比较大;刀辊的轴向动不平衡量很小,说明刀辊在工作时几乎没有轴向扭动。
When Oblique Rotary machine blade roll is farming, due to the asymmetric cutter installation and installation errors can cause a lot of dynamic imbalance moment make the shaft at both ends of the bearing is often easily broken, so that the machine does not work properly. The results show that the speed and the rotary blade installation phase angle to the blade roller ra- dial dynamic imbalance amount of impact is relatively large; Blade roller axial dynamic unbalance is small and almost no axial twist activities exist at work.
