The students＇ information literacy is an important part of the personal qualities and employability. And it＇s one of the elements of the college students＇ employability structure model. There exists significant positive correlation between information literacy and employability. The information literacy not only directly influences the college students＇ employability but also has an indirect impact on it by the medium of learning ability. The great importance to the cultivation of students＇ information literacy can improve the employability of college students and is helpful to realize individual values, promote regional economic and educational development.
