摘要
为改进软件质量和提高组织软件过程能力,提出了一种基于AHP与云模型的软件过程绩效评价方法。在对组织过程目标分析的前提下,建立起过程-子过程-度量项的映射关系。通过采集组织的历史数据,以项目测量和产品测量为基础,建立过程基线,运用AHP方法定量的确定出各层次对目标的权重值。基于此,结合云模型分析项目测量和产品测量数据,对过程绩效进行定性评价,持续性量化的改进软件过程能力。同时还给出了该方法的实际应用,应用结果表明了该评价方法的可行性。
To make software quality better and improvement the organization software process capability, software process per formance evaluation based on AHP and cloud model is proposed. Under the premise of the analysis of organization process goal, processsub processmeasure items mapping is established. Through the collection of organization historical data, based on pro ject measurement and product measurement, the process baseline is constructed. The AHP method determines the weight value of the various levels relative to the goal quantitatively. Based on the value, to analyze project measurement and product measure ment, the cloud model is presented to evaluate process performance qualitatively, continuous improvement software process capa bility quantitatively. Finally, a practical application example is given out to prove the feasibility of the evaluation method.
