二元助留体系高岭土加填对纸页性能的影响 被引量:1

Kaolin Filling and Hand-Sheet Property in Dual Polymer Retention System

摘要 加填高岭土,能够有效地改善纸张白度、平滑度、不透明度和油墨吸收性等,较多地应用在高档文化用纸的生产中。但是,高岭土加填时也存在留着率低,易在抄造过程中流失和应用效率低等问题。采用阴阳离子PAM二元助留体系对高岭土进行留着,研究了二元助留剂的配比及用量对高岭土留着和纸页性能的影响。实验结果表明,该二元助留体系达到了提高抄造效率、降低生产成本和改善纸页质量的目的。 Kaolin filler can effectively improve paper whiteness, smoothness, opacity and printing ink absorbency, etc., mainly used in high-grade culture paper. But there is also low retention rate, easy loss in papermaking process and low efficiency of application. CPAM and APAM were chosen as dual polymer retention as kaolin filler. The adding ratio and dosage of dual polymer retention were investigated according to the retention rate and the hand-sheets property. The experimental results showed that the dual polymer retention system can achieve purpose to improve paper machine efficiency, lower production cost and hand-sheets performance.
