Study on the Dyeing Mechanism of Bacteria Cellulose Used in Papermaking

摘要 细菌纤维分别采用赫氏试剂和活性亮红E-6BA染色,并对染色机理进行了深入剖析。研究表明,因细菌纤维极高的纯度和结晶度,赫氏试剂难以取得良好的染色效果而不宜用于其染色;活性亮红E-6BA在染料质量分数2%、pH值9、盐浓度40g·L-1、80℃加碱固色40min、浴比1:50的工艺条件下,具有较高的上染率、固色率和较好的耐皂洗牢度,且染后细菌纤维湿膜颜色鲜明,质地饱满,可鉴别性高,匀染性良好。说明活性染料极适于细菌纤维的染色,可为后续细菌纤维形态的观察及其在纸张中应用研究的顺利进行打好基础。 The bacteria cellulose used in papermaking dyed by Herzberg reagent and Levafix Brilliant Red E-6BA were studied. The results showed that Herzberg reagent dyeing of bacteria cellulose couldn't get an effect because of high purity and degree of crystallinity of bacteria cellulose. When bacteria cellulose is dyed with E-6BA and dyeing processes are optimized as follow: dyes dosage 2%, sodium chloride 40 g'L ~, pH value 9, fixing 40 at 80%2 for 40 minutes and bath ratio 1:50, the bacteria cellulose get high dye uptake, high dye fixing percentage and high soaping fastness. Meanwhile, the dyed bacteria cellulose wet film had bright colors, high identifiability and good levelling property. "Iherefore, reactive dye is very suitable for bacteria cellulose and makes a good foundation for the subsequent fiber morphological observation and its application in the studies of papermaking.
