Quality is vital and survival of enterprise. Quality management is the key factor for the modern enterprise to survive and win in the intense market competition, and is important to sustainable development of the enterprises too. Taking an example of Taian Baichuan paper Co., Ltd., this article discusses the importance of quality management in the sustainable development of paper making enterprises.
