第16届亚运会男子三级跳远决赛前5名运动员运动技术特征研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用文献调研、二维录像解析法、专家访谈法等对第16届亚运会男子三级跳远决赛前5名运动员的运动技术进行诊断分析,研究结果显示,与世界级优秀三级跳远运动员相比,亚洲优秀三级跳远运动员助跑最后两步的速度、倒二步步长及单足跳、跨步跳离地瞬间重心的水平速度均有显著性差异(P<0.01);跨步跳离地瞬间垂直速度及跳远跳离地瞬间重心水平速度差异显著(P<0.05);亚洲优秀三级跳远运动员跨步跳起跳角为17°±2.40°,与世界锦标赛(14°±1.51°)相比较差异非常显著(P<0.01);亚洲运动员与世界级优秀运动员相比,着地角和离地角之间的差异并不显著;亚洲运动员着地瞬间膝关节角度相对较小,离地蹬伸角度也较小(P<0.05);研究结果还表明,我国运动员李延熙和曹硕第二跳即跨步跳比例相对较小。 Through using the method of literature research and two-dimension video-tape analy- sis and expert interview,This paper studied kinematic parameters relating to triple jump tech- niques of top 5 triple jumpers participating in male triple jump final in the 16 th Asian Games. The result showed that the last two step speed, the length of the last two step of the ap- proach, the horizontal speed for hop and step of their body center of gravity at the moment of the take-off leg takes off very significantly different from the 12th IAAF World Championships (P〈0.01). The vertical speed for step and the horizontal speed for jump different from the 12th IAAF Word Championships(0.01〈P〈0.05). In the 16th Asian Games,angle of ;take- off ( 17±2.40 ;) very significantly different from the World Championships 14 A- 1.51 ; (P 〈 0.01). At the moment the angle of lands and takes off, there are not different between Asian athletes but the knee angle is small, it's also not big enough during the take-off station. The distance of step is relatively short for Chinese athletes such as LI Yan-xi and CAO Shuo.
