In-depth Study and Implement the Spirit of the 18th CCPC to Promote the Healthy Development of Non-governmental Education

"十八大"报告把教育放在了改善民生和加强社会建设之首,体现了党中央对教育事业的高度重视和优先发展教育的坚定之心。民办教育当前的发展成就显著,前景必将广阔。要实现民办教育的改革创新和健康可持续发展,一方面要鼓励他们大胆尝试,着力推动市场,另一方面要继续优化环境,切实做好服务工作。对于民办学校而言,就是要树立提高质量的思想观念,牢固确立人才培养的中心地位,完善提高质量的内部管理机制,着力加强师资队伍建设。

The 18th CCPC report puts education in the first place on improving people＇s livelihood and strengthening the social construction, reflecting the great importance of education attached by the CPC Central Committee and its determination of giving priority to education development. The development of non-governmental education has gained significant achievements and has a bright prospect. To achieve the reform and innovation of non-governmental education and its healthy and sustainable develop- ment, it needs on the one hand encourage their bold attempt to promote the market, and on the other hand continue to optimize the environment and provide good service. For non-governmental education institutions, it requires to set the ideological concepts of improving quality, firmly establish the central position of talent training, improve the quality of the internal management mech- anism, and focus on strengthening the building of teaching staff.
