Forging Ahead with Innovation for Promoting the Healthy Development of Non-governmental Education Institutions

中国民办教育协会是由全国各级各类民办教育机构和民办教育工作者自愿结成的、行业性的非营利社会组织。协会2012年的主要工作有:认真贯彻《教育规划纲要》,积极落实教育部有关政策精神;积极建言献策,发挥政府与民办学校的桥梁和纽带作用;开展形式多样的学术研讨、业务培训活动,努力提升专业服务水平;总结宣传民办教育先进典型,充分展示民办学校良好形象;开展海峡两岸和国际合作交流,扩大民办教育的开放程度;进一步加强协会组织建设和自身能力建设,不断提高协会服务水平。

Chinese Association for Non-government Education is a voluntary and sectoral non-profit social organization formed by countrywide various levels of non-governmental education institutions and education workers. The Association＇s 2012 main work included： conscientiously implementing the ＂National Plan＂ and the spirit of the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education; offering positive suggestions and playing the role of bridge and link between government and non-governmental education institu- tions; organizing various forms of academic seminars and training activities, and enhancing the level of professional services; summarizing and promoting advanced models of non-governmental education, and fully demonstrating its good image; conducting cross-strait and international cooperation and exchanges, and expanding the degree of openness of non-governmental education; further strengthening the Association＇s construction and capacity building, and constantly improving its level of service.
