中心城市生产性服务业与外围区域不同圈层制造业的关系研究——以杭州市为例

Relationship of Producer Services of Central Cities and Different Layers of Manufacturing Sectors in Outer Regions: Taking Hangzhou as an Example

在我国经济转型升级进程中,中心城市生产性服务业和区域制造业互动发展已经成为一种共识。迄今,比较中心城市服务业与其外围不同圈层制造业发展关系的研究甚少。文章选择杭州市及其外围的杭州市行政区、杭州都市经济圈和浙江省三个圈层为研究对象,比较研究杭州中心城市生产性服务业与三个圈层制造业发展的互动关系,并就如何发展区域生产性服务业提出相关政策建议。

In the process of China＇s economic transformation and upgrading, the interactive development of producer services in central cities and regional manufacturing has become a consensus. So far, little study has been conducted on the development＇s relationship between producer services in central cities and different layers of manufacturing sectors in outer regions. This paper uses Hangzhou and its three layers of outer administrative region of Hangzhou, Hangzhou urban economic circle, and Zhejiang Province as the research object, and investigates the interactions between the producer services in the center of Hangzhou city and the development of the manufacturing sector in the three layers. It also provides relevant policy recommendations on development of regional producer services.
