摘要 目的探究护理管理中加入人文教育对促进血液科老年患者安全用药的影响。方法选取2009年1-12月某地三级甲等医院血液科老年患者发生错误用药事件328例作为研究对象。对发生用药错误的原因进行分析,并比较涉及事件的护士的职称以及工作年限,护士职称分为护士、护师、主管护师,工作年限分为1-5年、6-10年、11-15年、16-20年,认为护士的职称越高,工作年限越长则通过各种途径受到的人文教育越多。综合以上指标判断护理管理中加入人文教育对血液科老年患者的安全用药是否有促进作用。结果用药错误的原因以沟通不良、疾病因素、评估不足为主。涉及事件的护士的职称和工作年限中,护士职称越低,出现用药错误事件越多。P<0.05,具有统计学意义;工作年限越短,出现用药错误事件越多。结论护理管理中加入人文教育对血液科老年患者的安全用药有促进作用。 Objective To explore the influence of humanistic education on promoting the medication safety in the nursing of patients of the department of hematology. Methods 328 cases medication errors for elderly patients from January 2009 to December 2009 in a tertiary hospital's department of hematology was chosen as study objects. Analysis of the causes of medication errors, and the nurse's professional title and working years was compared. For nurses, the professional titles are nurses, senior nurse, nurse-in-charge; the working years ranging from 1-5 years, 6-10 years, 11-15 years to 16-20 years. And we assume that nurses with higher professional titles and longer working life had received more humanistic education in various ways. Based on the above indexes, we judge whether the humanistic education can promote the safe medication in elderly patients in the nursing of the department of hematology, l^esults The causes of medication errors mainly include poor communication, disease factors, under-assessment. And nurses with lower professional titles had more medication error even and is statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). ; the shorter the work experience, the more medication error events. Conclusion Humanistic education can promote the safe use of drugs in elderly patients in the nursing management of the department of hematology.
