某公立医院行政管理人员的时间管理调查与建议

Investigation and Suggestion of Time Management of Administrative Staff in a Public Hospital

对南京市某公立医院行政管理人员进行问卷调查,研究该院行政管理人员的时间管理倾向现状。结果表明:该院行政管理人员在时间管理倾向及时间价值感、时间效能感两维度的得分较高,时间监控观维度上的得分相对较低;该院行政管理人员的时间管理倾向及时间监控观、时间效能感的得分在性别上存在显著差异;学历与时间管理倾向、时间监控观的得分呈显著正相关;该院行政管理人员的时间管理倾向及子维度得分显著高于医生护士组,说明他们的时间管理情况相对较好。针对该院行政管理人员在时间监控观维度上的问题,从个人及医院两方面提出建议,以期进一步提升该院行政管理人员的时间管理能力。

Objective： To Investigate the administrative staff of a public hospital in Nanjing, and discuss the status of their time management disposition （TMD）. Results： Their scores of TMD, the sense of time value and time efficacy are high; the score of the sense of time control is relatively lower. Their scores of TMD, the sense of time control and time efficacy are significant different in gender. The scores of TMD and the sense of time control were positively related to education significantly. The scores of TMD and its sub-dimensions are significantly higher than that of doctors and nurses, indicating that their time management is relatively better. Based their current problems of the sense of time control, recommendations to further enhance time management skills of the hospital administrative staff are proposed at both the individual and hospital levels.
