摘要
医院信息部门不是对资料被动的收集、整理、保管、统计,而是以现代信息服务为核心,为医院的医疗管理、医疗活动及技术人员、患者、社会提供多功能、多层次的信息服务;同时还大幅度降低整个医疗卫生系统的运营成本,提高工作效率与收益,从而使医院能更好地为患者服务。
The hospital information department is not reactively engage in data collection, collation, storage and statistics, but with the modern information service as the core, provides multifunctional, multi-level information services for the hospital management, medical and technical staff, patients and the society; at the same time, it also greatly reduce the entire health system operation costs, improve the hospital,s efficiency and profit, so that the hospital can provide better service for patients.
