摘要
以产朊假丝酵母(Candida utilis)、白地霉(Geotrichum candidum)和酿酒酵母(Saccharomy cescerevisiae)三个菌种进行了马铃薯淀粉废水SCP发酵菌种筛选和发酵条件优化试验。结果表明,白地霉能充分利用马铃薯淀粉废水作为基质良好生长,其COD去除率为最高,为70.9%,其SCP得率达1.932 g/L其最佳发酵条件为:培养时间48 h,接种量5%,废液与水体积比为1∶3,pH 5.0。
Trials of SCP strains screening and fermentation conditions optimization were conducted with three strains: Candida utilis, Geotrichum candidum and Saccharomyces cerevisiae by using potato starch wastewater. The results showed that Geotrichum candidum was the best strain among the three strains tested. Its COD reducing rate was 70.9%, and its SCP yield was 1.932 g/L.
