摘要
采用正交试验法研究微波提取技术对猪骨素的提取效果,并与高温高压提取技术作比较,寻求骨素的快速、高效提取方法及提取工艺。结果表明:骨素微波辅助提取技术工艺中,影响骨素提取的主要因素为:料液比、微波功率和提取时间,最佳提取工艺条件为:料液比为1∶4,微波功率为640 W,提取时间80 min。
Study the effect of microwave-assisted extraction technology on ossein extraction with the technology of microwave. And the result of high-temperature and high-pressure extraction technology with that of microwave-assisted extraction of ossein was compared. The result indicated that the primary factor which influence the result of experiment was the material-fluid rate, the next was the microwave output power, the time of extraction. The best extraction condition was the material-fluid rate 1 : 4, microwave output power 640 W, the extract time 80 mln
