摘要
以猴头多糖提取率为指标,采用正交试验法对猴头多糖口服液制备工艺进行了研究。结果表明,猴头多糖最佳提取工艺为:以水为提取溶剂,提取温度60℃,料液比1︰10,恒温水浴提取2次,每次2 h,醇沉浓度为40%,醇沉时间48 h。向提取液中加入10%白砂糖,6%蜂蜜,0.2%柠檬酸,经过滤,灌装,灭菌得猴头多糖口服液成品。经蒽酮-硫酸法检测,制备的猴头多糖口服液产品中猴头多糖含量为6.0 mg/mL,该定量方法准确可靠,重现性好,可作为猴头多糖口服液的质量控制方法。
Using Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide extraction rate as indicator, preparation procedure of Hericium erinaceus Oral Liquid was investigated by the orthogonal design. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was water as extracting solvent, extracting temperature 60℃, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 10, extracting 3 times, ethanol precipitation in 40% ethanol for 48 h, the content of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide in the product were 6.0 mg/mL, which was determinated by anthrone-sulfuric acid method. The above methods were accurate and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of the nrenaration.
