摘要
以一株蝙蝠蛾拟青霉菌株为出发菌株,通过软X射线诱变手段对菌株进行诱变,得到一株腺苷高产菌株,且该菌株的遗传特性稳定。使用高效液相色谱法对菌株液体发酵菌丝体中的腺苷含量进行测定后发现,选育的高产菌株JJ 09发酵菌丝体中腺苷含量为1 408.5 mg/kg,是出发菌株发酵菌丝体中腺苷含量的4.23倍。
A mutant strain of JJ 09 which was a kind of high yield adenosine producing strain and had genetic stability was bred by soft X-ray of synchrotron radiation from the original strain of Hepialidae paecilomyces. The method of HPLC was used to detect the content of adenosine in the fermentation mycelia. The results of detection suggested that the content of adenosine of JJ 09 was 1 408.5 mg/kg, 4.23 times that of the mycelia of original strain.
