摘要
超滤制备乳蛋白浓缩物中,膜污染是影响生产的重要因素,因此对膜的清洗方法的研究是非常有意义的。采用单因素试验,以膜通量恢复率为检测指标,比较不同清洗剂的清洗效果,并确定最佳清洗条件。结果表明:氢氧化钠的清洗效果最佳,其次是碱性蛋白酶、次氯酸钠和SDS,盐酸的效果最差。氢氧化钠、盐酸和SDS的最佳浓度分别为0.5%~0.7%、0.3%、0.1%;最佳清洗时间:盐酸是30 min、氢氧化钠和次氯酸钠是40 min、碱性蛋白酶和SDS为40~50 min;以上清洗剂最佳清洗温度均为45℃。同时复合清洗剂的清洗效果好于单一清洗剂,0.5%氢氧化钠和250 mg/kg次氯酸钠组合效果最好,WFR可以达到96.8%。
Membrane fouling is an important factor in processing of milk protein concentrates by ultrafiltration, so membrane cleaning is essential. Compared the cleaning effect of different cleaning agents according to the water flux recovery by single factor experiments, and determined the best cleaning conditions. The results showed that the NaOH solution was the best, then Alkaline protease, NaC10 and SDS, HCl was the worst. The best concentration of NaOH, HCl and SDS were 0.5%-0.7%, 0.3% and 0.1%; the best cleaning time; HC1 30 min, NaOH and NaC10 40 min, Alkaline protease and SDS 40-50 min; the best temperature of all cleaning agents were 45℃. Combinations of cleaning agents were better than single's, the water flux recovery of the combinations of 0.5% NaOH and 250 mg/kg NaC10 was 96.8%.
