膨化机计量进料装置的研制

The Study of Measuring Feeding Device of the Extruder

为了解决膨化机加工食品或饲料的过程中所需的原材料计量进料问题,采用了可调转速的旋转齿轮、螺旋轴及输送带等几种计量装置设计方法,并提出了一种较佳的草类原料计量进料装置解决方案,以期为相关的工程技术人员提供借鉴与参考。

A raw material measuring feeding device was usually configured to the extruder in food or teed processing. Some experiences and methods about this device development were summarized and a better solution of grass material measuring feeding device was put forward in this paper. It provided a reference to the relevant engineering and technical personnel.
