摘要
[目的]建立吹扫捕集-气相色谱,质谱检测水中二甲氧基甲烷的方法。[方法]利用吹扫捕集富集水中二甲氧基甲烷,解吸后用气相色谱,质谱法测定,选用特征离子外标法定量。[结果]方法在试验浓度范围内线性良好(r=0.9995),检出限为0.03μg/L,回收率为95.2%-99.3%,相对标准偏差为2.18%-3.87%。[结论]该方法准确性好、灵敏度高,适合于水中二甲氧基甲烷的检测。
[ Objective ] To establish a method for the determination of dimethoxymethane in water by purge-and-trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). [ Methods ] The dimethoxymethane in water were purged and trapped, then desorbed and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The external standard method applied characteristic ions for quantification. [ Results ] The linearity of the method was good under the experimental condition of dimethoxymethane (r=0.9995). The detection limit was 0.03 I.tg/L. The recovery rates were 95.2%-99.3%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 2.18%-3.87%. [ Conclusion ] The purge-and-trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry is a sensitive and accurate method for determination Of dimethoxymethane in water.
