结核病合并糖尿病流行现状与控制措施的研究进展

Advances in Research on Prevalence and Control of Tuberculosis among Diabetes Patients

结核病合并糖尿病已成为我国重要的公共卫生问题之一,因而引起了我国医务工作者和研究者越来越多的关注。本文就近年来国内外学者在糖尿病对结核分枝杆菌感染、结核病发病风险和耐药结核病等方面的流行病学影响和公共卫生意义;对结核病合并糖尿病患者的血糖控制、治疗依从性和治疗方案的选择等治疗管理措施,两病的双向筛查策略等方面的研究进展情况进行综述报道。

Tuberculosis （TB） among diabetes patients has become one of the most significant public health issues in China, and has drawn growing concerns from medical workers and researchers. This paper reviewed epidemiological impacts and public health significances of diabetes patients with the infection of mycobacterium tuberculosis （MTB） and the risk of TB occurrence and drug- resistant TB. Anti-TB therapies （such as blood glucose control, treatment compliance, and regimen） and strategies of bi-directional screening for TB and diabetes were also introduced.
