In Shanghai, Mr. Steele trod his entourage made a special trip to Yuyuan and Zhujiajiao, etc. touting the lantern fair of Chinese ＂Lantern Festival during Chinese Year of the Snake, and experiencing the style of southern riverside towns. During the touting he inquired the construction work of the standaridization pilots and demonstration areas of Yuyuan in Huaagpu district and Zhujiajiao in Qingpu disstrict.
