摘要
目的:考察沙苑子配方颗粒的定性与定量分析方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对沙苑子配方颗粒进行定性鉴别,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定沙苑子配方颗粒中沙苑子苷A的含量。结果:TLC法可定性检出该药中沙苑子苷A,以及HPLC法测定该药中沙苑子苷A,其进样浓度在3.0966～30.9660μg/mL范围内与其峰面积响应值(A)呈线性关系,相关系数(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.68%,RSD为1.43%;其供试品中含沙苑子苷A为0.004g/g。结论:所用定性与定量方法可用于沙苑子配方颗粒的质量控制。
Objective： To investigate the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods ofAstragali Complanati Se- men for^nula granule. Methods： By the thin layer chromatography（TLC） complantatoside A was identified and complanatoside A content was measured by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） in the Astragali Complanati Semen formula granule. Results： The complanatoside A was identified in quality by TLC, and the complanatoside A of Astragali Complanati Semen formula granule was detected by HPLC. The complanatoside A showed a good linear relationship between a range of 3.096 6 and 30.966 0 μg/mL（r=0.999 9）.The average rate of recovery was 100.68% and RSD was 1.43%. The complanatoside A contained in the selected product is 0.004 g/g. Conclusion： The qualitative and quantitative methods can be used to the quality control ofAstragali Complanati Semen formula granule.
