摘要
目的:建立四妙胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以SunFireC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(17:83);流速为1mL/min;柱温为35℃;进样体积为10μL检测波长为316nm。结果:阿魏酸的质量浓度在1.026~102.60μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为102.40%(RSD2.12%,n=9);四妙胶囊中阿魏酸的平均质量分数为0.40mg/g。结论:本方法操作简便,快速,准确,可用于四妙胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of ferulic acid in Simiao capsule.Meth- ods: The analysis was performed on SunFire C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5μm)with a rate of 1.0 ml/min. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution (17:83). The columm temperature was at 35 ℃ and the injection volume was 10μL. The detection wavelength was set at 316 nm. Results: There was a good linearity between 1.026 μg/mL and 102.60 μg/mL (r=0.9999) and the average recovery rate was 102.40%(RSD=2.12%, n=9). The average content of ferulic acid was 0.40 mg/g. Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and accurate. It is suitable for the content determination of ferulic acid in Simiao capsule.
