摘要
本实验研究了磁场作用对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤坏死的影响。实验显示:15mT的交变磁场(50Hz)和80mT的稳恒磁场均能提高机体免疫功能,促进肿瘤坏死、溃疡形成,血清中TNF活性及浓度提高。提示:磁场作用与肿瘤坏死关系密切。
We studied the effect of magnetic fields to tumour necrosis. The result show that 15 mT,50 time - varying magnetic field and 80 mT static magnetic field increased immunefuntion,enhanced tumour necrosis,ulcer forming. It enhanced activation and concentration of TNF in serum. The result suggest that the effect of magnetic fields may be relevant to tumour necrosis
