摘要
目的探讨卵巢癌患者血清中糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、唾液酸(SA)联合检测的临床意义。方法抽取空腹静脉血2-3ml各两份,3000r/min下离心3min,采用全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪及试剂盒进行CA125、CEA检测,采用可见分光光度计及检测盒(比色法)进行SA检测。结果卵巢癌组血清CA125、SA的表达水平分别显著高于良性卵巢肿瘤组和健康对照组,经统计学分析,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。CA125、CEA、SA单独及联合检测的灵敏度、特异度不同,其中CA125、CEA、SA联合检测的灵敏度为最高,达到97.56%。结论 CA125、CEA、SA联合检测为卵巢癌的临床诊断、治疗提供了可靠的依据,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To explore the clinical significance to the combined detection of carbohydrate antigen125 (CA125) ,carcino -embryonic antigen (CEA) and sialic acid (SA) in ovarian cancer patient's blood serum. Methods Draw two portions of venous blood, 2 -3ml for each, on an empty stomach. 3000r/min centrifuge 3min. The research goes by using chemiluminescence immune analysator and kit for CA125 and CEA detection, and visible spectrophotometer and detection box (chromometry) for SA detection. Results Expression Level of CA125 and SA of blood serum in ovarian cancer group is obviously higher ( P 〈 0. 05 by statistical analysis) than it in benign ovarian tumor group and healthy control group. The sensitivity and specificity of solitude and combined detection for CA125 ,CEA and SA are dif- ferent, in which the sensitivity of CA125 ,CEA and SA combined detection is higher, up to 97. 56%. Conclusions CA125 ,CEA and SA combined detection can provide reliable figures to the clinical diagnosis on ovarian cancer, and is deserved to be widely used in clinical application.
