骨髓内皮细胞无血清条件培养液对WEHI-3细胞生长的影响

摘要 该实验收集小鼠骨髓内皮细胞条件培养液 (mBMEC -CM)预留部分原液外 ,其作用阻遏分子量为 10 0 0 0daltons(10KD)和 3 0 0 0daltons(3KD)的超滤膜眼滤 ,获得分子量 >10DK、3～ 10KD、<3KD的超滤液 ,分别检测不同组分超滤液及原液对小鼠白血病细胞系 (WEHI - 3)细胞集落生长的影响 ,发现小鼠骨髓内皮细胞无血清条件培养液中分子量 >10KD和 <3KD组分对小鼠粒单系白血病细胞系 (WEHI - 3)集落生长有明显的抑制作用 ,而mBMEC -CM原液和 3～ 10KD两组的集落数与对照组差别无统计学意义。以上结果表示 :小鼠骨髓内皮细胞无血清条件培养液中可能存在多种分子量大小不同的造血生长因子 ,对粒单系白血病细胞系 (WEHI- 3)
