紫外线照射并药物治疗急性淋巴结炎疗效观察

Obervation of therapeatic effect of actue lympbatities treated with ulrraviolet rays and oral drugs

目的 观察紫外线照射并药物治疗急性淋巴结炎的疗效。方法 将急性淋巴结炎患者 1 0 0例 ,进行随机分组 ,紫外线照射并药物治疗 60例 ,与单纯药物治疗 4 0例 ,经过1个疗程的临床观察 ,进行疗效对比。用 χ2 检验 ,进行统计学处理。结果 紫外线照射并药物组 ,比单纯药物组疗效显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 紫外线照射对急性淋巴结炎的治疗 ,见效快 ,痛苦小 ,紫外线照射加药物对治疗急性淋巴结炎能明显缩短疗程。

This article observed the therapeatic effect of the actue lymphatitis treated with altraviolet tays and oral drugs. Metheods 100 eases of acute lymphatities were grouped rarrolomly 60 cases were treated with ultrviolet rays and drugs,40 cases treated with only drugs as coutrol group,through one period of therapy.Statistis analyed with χ 2 test. Results The group treated with ulrravilet rays and drugs showed greater effect than the coutrol group treated only with drugs(P<0.01). Conclusion This method has the characteristics of repid effect and low inflict,and reduce the therapeutic course of acute lymphatitis.
