Treatment on the coexisting medical diseases in the old patients operated Laparoscopie cholecystectomy

老年人经腹腔镜胆囊切除术 ,由于其生理与病理的特点 ,内科并存病多 ,围手术期的处理 ,尤其是围手术期内科并存病的处理 ,对于保证经腹腔镜胆囊切除术的成功 ,减少手术并发症有重要作用。本文作者回顾性总结我院 2 97例老年人经腹腔镜胆囊切除术内科并存病的处理 ,提出了正确处理内科并存病的重要性。

There are sorts of medical coexisting diseases in the old patients operated LC because of their physiological and pathological characteristies, therefore, how to treat them effectively in perioperative is very important. It is helpful to operate successfully and reduce the complications. 297 cases in the old patients operated LC were investigated in our hospital. Results showed that treatment on coexisting medical diseases is very important.
